If you’re unsure what we mean exactly by “hooping” then have a quick look at this page, but basically we mean dancing with a hoop. The blog contains posts about articles relating to hooping (and sometimes flow arts and object manipulation in general) as well as links to free hooping videos, free music that we think is good to hoop to and any notices of hoop-related news or events.
